Hashers are Damn Unappreciative!
(normal people are too, but some hashers excel at it)
Here's why ...
Have you ever noticed that Hashing is a world wide organization of ten's of thousands of people
with 0 people getting paid to organize us?
If you don't like the way something is run,
STEP UP AND "VOLUNTEER"
Don't email your friends and bitch about it
Don't boycott or organize a competing hash.
Give constructive feedback to the "VOLUNTEER" organizers and maybe things can be changed to your likings
if not this time, maybe NEXT TIME.
You think 7 Springs is a boring place for a ski trip,
SUGGEST SOMEWHERE NEW.
You think that you've got a bar for a party that MisManagement hasn't considered?
BRING IT TO THEIR ATTENTION
You think that Lingerie is better then A Spotted Dog party?
LET MISMANAGEMENT KNOW.
If you don't understand WHY a decision was made,
ASK!
Don't ASSUME!
Have you looked at the new mismanagement for the S.H.I.T. after their HURRICANE AGM?
Its a lot of the same people that volunteer year after year to make that hash what it is
(SHITTY?)
Truth be told,
this is NOT a Red Dress rant.
(we are doing "swimmingly")
Its just the ramblings of an old hasher who has seen what GREAT events a volunteer organization can host
and how few people it can take to ruin it.
So walk up to ANY Mismanagement Member of ANY hash
shake their hand, thank them, and buy them a beer!

From Virginia
Take I-395 North over the 14th St. bridge. Once on the bridge, get in the right lane. Take the first exit on the other side of the bridge, the sign will read 'East Potomac Park - Park Police'. Take a left on Buckeye Drive, followed by a right on Ohio Drive. Pull in to the parking lot on the right after you pass the miniature golf course. At the end of the entranceway, turn left, pass through the first parking lot and then go into the far lot.
Look for wankers.
From DC
From the district, take 15th St. south through the Mall and past the US Treasury building. 15th will bear left and merge with Maine Ave, take an immediate right following signs for I-395 South. Get in the left lane and take a left following signs for 'Hains Point Golf and Tennis'. This will put you on Ohio Drive, take Ohio until you pass our miniature golf course, take a right into our parking lot. At the end of the entranceway, turn left, pass through the first parking lot and then go into the far lot. Look for wankers.
Walking Directions from Smithsonian Metro Station:
Exit the station from the Independence Avenue exit. Proceed west on Independence Avenue (towards the Washington Monument) approximately 1/3 mi. to Raul Wallenberg Place. Turn left onto Raul Wallenberg Place and go ¼ mi. to Tidal Basin. Turn left and follow the East Potomac Park entry road beside the Tidal Basin for approximately ¼ mile to Ohio Drive. Turn left on Ohio Drive into East Potomac Park. East Potomac Golf Course entrance is approximately 1/2 mi. on the right. At the end of the entranceway, turn left, pass through the first parking lot and then go into the far lot. Look for wankers.
Misc: A to A. Minimal shiggy. Watch out for bikers! Walkers trail and runner's trail NOT stroller friendly. Runner's trail NOT dog friendlly.
OnOnOn: The Golf Course Club House (Potomac Grill)
Club house closes at 8:30pm (grill shuts down at 8pm)
