Hash #1180 -- Mar 23, 2008-- the WH4 Easter Egg Hunt Hash

First, the HashSpace Report with our correspondent, Tater Tits
3200 members as of this distribution
White House Group is ONE PERSON SHY of EWH3
(somebody put us over the TOP!)

And now the news, Take it away Venus de Penis

An INTREPID group of hashers is heading to Las Vegas this weekend for the "Elvis" wedding of Hermaphrodites On Unicycles and All I want for Christmas is a Tube of Meat.
SH*T might not have any hashers left in town this weekend, but even our beloved WH4 will be missing a few of our staple participants at the hash.

Texas Interhash is two weeks away and I promise to bring SHAME to my home hash on their ball buster trail
(this year, WITHOUT the WH4 hash sh*T)

This week's Rant, narrated by Missionary Impossible:

TRAVEL HASHING.

I've been considering this rant for a while,
and maybe I'm just LAZY today and decided to finally use it.
Its too late for Stinko de Mayo, but maybe some of the other upcoming events will benefit from it.

my message to all of you is ...

GET OUT OF DC AND HASH!

We have a unique situation in DC where we can hash every day of the week,
with different groups of people.

But how many of you take advantage of that?
Other then Tour duh Hash, how often do you run with BAH or OTH?

Most hashes around the world are very DIFFERENT then DC,
they have FEWER PEOPLE, they have very DIFFERENT TERRAIN and they are all OLDER than DC.

*not that there is anything WRONG with being old*

Find a local hash camping trip ... Rumson, NC/SC Interhash, Nittany Valley,
they are CHEAP, and are fun place to meet new people!

You don't have to spend your entire life hashing to take a few weekends a year to finally leave Adams Morgan and see that the rest of the hashes have good beer too.

Good Luck,
and We'll see you on the ROAD!
